Gunite Only Contracting for Pool Shells

Gunite Work Inc provides professional gunite only contracting services for builders and contractors throughout Central Florida. If your project already has excavation and steel completed, our experienced crews handle the structural gunite application according to engineered specifications. Since 1965, we have delivered durable, properly applied pool shells built for long-term performance.

When Gunite Only Is the Right Fit

Gunite-only contracting is ideal when:

  • Excavation is complete
  • Form and steel have been installed
  • Engineering has been approved
  • The project is ready for shotcrete application

We coordinate with your builder or project manager to ensure the shell is shot correctly and efficiently.

Our Gunite Process

We use dry-mix shotcrete, commonly referred to as gunite, to construct structurally sound pool shells. This method allows for precise application and structural flexibility when installed by experienced crews.

During the shooting phase, our team ensures:

  • Correct material consistency
  • Proper structural thickness
  • Compaction and shaping to engineered design
  • Clean transitions and structural integrity

After the shell is shot, it must be watered for seven consecutive days to ensure proper curing and long-term durability.

Working With Builders and Subcontractors

As a long-established gunite pool shell subcontractor, we frequently partner with residential and commercial pool builders throughout Central Florida.

We understand the scheduling coordination required on construction sites and prioritize timely service within our 50-mile service radius from Longwood, Florida.

Why Experience Matters

Gunite application is not simply spraying concrete. It requires skilled nozzle operators, proper equipment and an understanding of structural design. Mistakes during this phase can compromise the integrity of the entire pool.

With decades of experience, our team focuses on structural accuracy and long-term durability on every project.
